9. Entrepreneurship Memorandum (EM) Part – I, Part – II The industrial/service sector units have to obtain Entrepreneurs Memorandum Part – I before setting up the project and Entrepreneurs Memorandum Part – II after commencement of commercial operation under MSMED Act 2006.
10. Industrial Entrepreneur Memorandum For units having investment in P /M of Rs. 15.00 cr is manufacture sector and Rs. 5.00 cr is Service Sector has to apply Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum from DIPP, Govt. of India.

  2. P.P. Photo – 3 nos
  3. SSC/COI/Residential Certificate (if rented) - 1 copy
  4. Details Project Report (DPR) 1 copy
  5. NOC from House owner in rented house
  6. Consent letter from Commerce & Industries for non locals

  4. Service connection letter from Power Department
  5. NOC from Health Department as FA cell license or PFA cell license – 1 copy (as applicable)
