Comprehensive checklist of all Nocs/Permission Approval to be obtained by New investors/Industrials Units

2. Approval/Permission/NOC to be obtained by new investors/Industrial Units Approval for new registration will be done through official website. Single registration for SST ( for investors dealing in liquors and petroleum products), VAT, CST, Env. Cess, STIDF and profession Tax will be done online.

4 List of Enclosures(Checklist) 
  1. Company Registration
  2. Approval of the Govt. Of Sikkim for the establishment of the unit.
5 Fees, if any, and mode of payment  Fees not required however Company should pay certain amount as security deposit.
Amount depends upon the category dealers.

7 Time limit for giving approval/permission/NOC Once a dealer files for Registration, the concerned Registering authority, within a week, will give him/her and application Number and hearing date through SMS. Applicant or the authorised person should be present with required original documents for authentication/verification. Registration will be granted online after hearing.
